Where can I purchase tickets and how much do they cost?

Tickets can be purchased through Smarttix at www.smarttix.com or by calling 212.868.444.

Tickets can be collected on the night at the venue. There is a Box Office/Audience Meeting Point situated at W 72nd Street and Central Park West and a second Box Office at the venue, Bethesda Fountain Toilets.  Tickets may purchased “at the door” subject to availability.

Please note: tickets may NOT be collected at the Irish Arts Center. 

General Admission is $25.  Irish Arts Center members receive $20 tickets upon presenting their member ids.  All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Will Ladies and Gents be performed at the Irish Arts Center?

No.  Ladies and Gents will be performed at the Bethesda Fountain Toilets in Central Park. 

How do I get to the Bethesda Fountain Toilets?

Train:
C / B train runs to W 72nd and Central Park West.
1 / 2 / 3 / 9 to W 72nd and Broadway.

Please be at the Box Office / Audience Meeting Point at W 72nd and CPW at least 20 minutes prior to the performance start time.  Box Office staff will escort audience members on the short 8 minute walk to the Bethesda Fountain Toilets.

What if I am late?

Due to the nature of the performance absolutely no latecomers will be admitted..

Latecomers will not be refunded.

Is there assigned seating?

There are in fact no seats and audiences will be standing for the duration of the 35 minutes performance. 

Is the performance space wheel chair accessible?

No. Unfortunately, the Bethesda Fountain Toilets are not wheelchair accessible. 

Will there be a place to check my belongings?

No. There are no coat check facilities at the venue. 

Will Ladies and Gents be appropriate for my child?

This production is not suitable for children under the age of 13 years.

What happens if it rains?

As the performance space is inside the Bethesda Fountain Toilets, performances will take place regardless of the weather.

There will be an enclosed area beside the toilets where audiences may wait before the performance.  However, bring an umbrella and dress appropriately.

Will restrooms be available?

Yes. There are restroom facilities available adjacent to the venue.

However the Bethesda Fountain Toilets themselves will not be available for use during the production run of Ladies & Gents.

Can I bring food or drink into the show?

No. Food and drink are not permitted inside the performance space. Also, please note there are no refreshments available at the venue.

Are there hearing aides available?

No. There are no hearing aid devices available for this production. But due to the intimate nature of the performance space they may not be absolutely necessary.
