Ticket Collection

All tickets for IAC events are Will Call only. Tickets can be picked up from the box office up to 60 minutes before show time. .

Late Seating Policy

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and some performances may have no late seating. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance, allowing extra time for traffic, public transportation delays, and parking.

Wait-List Policy

Wait-list tickets for sold-out events at Irish Arts Center may be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting 60 minutes before performance start time and in person only at the IAC Box Office (limit 2 tickets per person; subject to availability).

Refunds

As a benefit of IAC membership, IAC Members will be granted day-of-show ticket exchanges whenever possible and subject to availability. All other tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Booking Fees

Some tickets are subject to booking fees which helps us deliver a superior customer experience. Booking fees are waived for IAC members.
